Picking The Right Tour

Touring is a unique style of travel and your experience starts the moment you step of the plane at your destination. Many companies now offer guided and independent tours of the major travel regions like Canada & USA, Europe, Australia & New Zealand, Africa, Asia and South America. These tours can range in style, comfort level, age recommendations, fitness level and type of traveller.

We know that sometimes the brochures are a little overwhelming so when we select a tour and advertise it, we break it down for you at a glance so that you know right away if this is the trip you are looking for.

Your tour at a glance
Tour Size:
we have categorized our tours into small group, independent travel and large groups so that you have a better idea of what to expect

Starting City / Ending City: we make it easy for you and tell you where you fly into and where you can fly out of so that when you are looking at airfare, it’s easy.

Duration of trip: let you know how many days you need to take off work. It gives you an idea of how long your trip will be.

Countries you will visit: we’ve listed all the countries that your tour stops in so that you know at a glance whether or not a tour is for you.

Visa requirements (for Canadians): lets you know in advance which countries are going to need extra documentation like visas and tourist cards. Non-Canadians or Canadians travelling on non Canadian passports are strongly advised to check the entry requirements for the country that they are from.

Maximum/minimum group size: lets you know how many new friends you can expect to meet on your tour.

Recommended age: lets you know where you stand in the typical age range of the tour so that you can travel with people in your own age group if you prefer.

Activity level: We have 3 categories of activity levels on our tours. Low, medium and high – each getting more challenging. An example of a low activity tour would be a 7-day beach stay at a Cuban resort. An example of a medium level would be a European coach tour with Contiki Holidays. An example of a high level tour would be an African safari with Kumuka Worldwide.

Meals included: Our itineraries will indicate whether or not meals are included so that you can budget appropriately for your food expenses.
